Abstract To meet the enormous difficulties that are provided by the constantly shifting and cutthroat nature of the modern corporate world, one must have talent that is both consistent and effective. Businesses are being pressured to innovate with respect to the recruiting techniques they use, while on the other hand, their finances for doing so continue to be cut. It has been observed that businesses are increasingly turning to the use of information technology as a medium to find, choose, recruit, and place their people. The study's primary goals are to examine the socio-economic characteristics of the sample of respondents and to measure the technology recruiting the employees. The data were collected from the sample respondents during the period of December 2022. The data (200) from the selected sample respondents have been collected through the Google forms. The convenient sampling technique is used. The Google forms have been used to collect the primary data from the respondents
